Who provides GMANO

GMANO (gmano.com) is provided by ROSEMONKEY LIMITED (company no. 14801424), C/O Bareham & Co, 25 Cabot Square, London, United Kingdom, E14 4QZ, registered in England and Wales. It is a service for calls and chats translated by AI. Contact: support@gmano.com.

Your account

• You need an account to use GMANO. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

Price and billing

• Every new user gets 30 minutes of translated calling for free.
• After that, translated calling costs $2 per hour, bought in advance as packs of time.
• The caller pays — for both directions of the call. The person who is called pays nothing.
• Only connected, translated time is billed: not ringing, not a call that was never answered, and not time with translation switched off.
• Time you have bought never expires.
• There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
• Chat messages are free.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add its own fees for currency exchange.

If you think you have been billed wrongly, write to support@gmano.com and we will look into it. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected by these terms.

AI translation can be wrong

Translation is done by AI. It is usually good, but it can misunderstand words, names, numbers, accents or tone, and it can leave things out.

• Do not rely on GMANO for medical, legal, financial or emergency matters, or anything else where a mistake could cause harm. Use a qualified human interpreter for these.
• Check important details — such as amounts, dates and addresses — directly with the other person, for example in writing.
• The voice the other person hears is an AI voice, and it is labelled as such.

No emergency calls

GMANO is not a telephone service and cannot call emergency numbers. In an emergency, use an ordinary phone to call your local emergency number.

Fair use

Do not use GMANO to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, to impersonate another person, to record people without their permission where the law requires it, or for anything illegal. Do not try to break, overload or get around the service or its billing.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Consent to use your voice

Translated calls only work after you have agreed that your speech may be processed by AI as described in our privacy policy. You can switch translation off at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep GMANO running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors — it depends on the internet, your device and outside providers.

To the extent the law allows, GMANO is not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by a translation error. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are decided by the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions: support@gmano.com.
